After you submit a support ticket, a ticket # will appear on the screen. Please make sure to keep this number so you can lookup your ticket from the support desk and see our response.
You will also get an email confirmation with your ticket number. If you do not get an email confirmation once you submit your ticket it is likely your email provider may be blocking our email address.
You will also get an email when your ticket is updated. Please add spinsuccess@easysupportdesk.com to your contact list to insure our responses get through.
If you do not get a response from us within 24 hours it is most likely you are not receiving our emails. Please take your ticket# and lookup the ticket manually from the support desk.
Again, it is very important to keep the ticket# so you can lookup the ticket from the support desk if by chance you cannot receive our emails.
